In his fifteen years at SouthStar Bank, Salcido, a graduate of Franklin High School, Sam Houston State University and Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University, has been heavily involved in consumer lending, mortgage lending and mortgage warehouse lending. He enjoys helping his clients, whether individuals, families or businesses achieve their goals through friendly, common-sense lending. Salcido is the President of the Franklin Chamber of Commerce and is a Board Member of the Franklin Youth Football and Cheer Association. When he’s not working hard for his clients or his community, he’s out having fun, especially when the weather cools down in Texas. “Football season and hunting season are the best times of the year,” he says.
