Tracy Talkington joins the SouthStar Bank Georgetown team as a Vice President of Lending. She is an alumnus of Sam Houston State University and has three years of lending experience, primarily focused on the residential sector. Her biggest career highlight was funding nearly 200 loans in her first two years as a Loan Originator while offering top-notch customer service.

In her position, Tracy covets the long-term relationships she is able to form and is accustomed to assisting repeat clients with their ever-changing lending needs. By joining the SouthStar Bank team, she is looking forward to broadening her lending capabilities and knowledge and the opportunity to help more clients with a variety of loan products.

Tracy also remains busy outside of the office, where she is a member of Professional Women of Williamson County (PWOW) and an affiliate member with the Williamson County Association of Realtors and the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce. Tracy and her family also recently became involved with the non-profit ROCK (Ride On Center for Kids). ROCK provides equine-assisted services to children, adults, and veterans with physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges. When she can find time away from her work and organizations, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family and helping them however she can.
