Secure, online payments can be made 24/7 using a checking or savings account.

Processing of online payments can take up to three business days to reflect on your loan. Your account might not reflect in process payments during this time. Payments will be credited to the loan effective the day the payment is submitted.

Please note that SouthStar Bank has partnered with Fitech for  our payment processing needs. Their software charges the following fees for customer support, software maintenance, PCI Compliance, and processing fees:

ACH/eCheck Payments:

  • $1.50 flat fee
