Bill Staley is a Vice President of Lending at the SouthStar Bank Round Rock Branch. With two decades of industry experience, Bill has specialized in commercial and industrial lending. He has financed everything from a single snowmobile in Alaska to the construction of river barge tugboats. In his role at SouthStar Bank, Bill serves our commercial clients through CRE and SBA lending. In his free time, Bill enjoys cooking, working out, time-lapse photography, drumming, and competitive barbecue. Since moving to Central Texas, Bill has become involved with Junior Achievement, which is an organization dedicated to providing a positive learning experience free of bias that promotes greater economic opportunity and equity for today’s youth. He previously served as Treasurer for the Breast Cancer Detection Center of Alaska and volunteered with the Alaska Neighborhood Housing.
